Why not bring the restaurant to your home, with our ready-to-eat main courses, prepared by our very own French Chef at Home, Yves Quemerais, with locally sourced produce. Each week, we offer two different main courses, prepared in individual sous-vide bags, perfect for reheating or freezing.

How it works? No minimum order. Order by Wednesday evening for collection on the following Friday or Saturday (from 2pm to 7pm). Collect from Staveley, at ‘Robin Garth, Main Street, Staveley, HG5 9LD’.

To place an order, please email info@frenchchefathome.com with your order details, your name, and day/time of collection. We will confirm receipt of your order and forward our bank details. If you need more information, please free to get in touch. Thank you and Stay Safe!

Starter

  • Mushroom and white wine velouté, garlic croutons (sulphites, gluten, milk) ~ £5 per person

Main Courses

  • Confit duck leg, sweet and sour raspberry sauce (soja) ~ £13 per person

  • Queen scallops, asparagus, and mushroom casserole, sorrel cream (molluscs, milk) ~ £13 per person

  • Flammekueche with onion and fromage blanc - can also be offered with smoked bacon (gluten, milk,) ~ £13 per person

All three main courses served with potato wedges with smoked paprika & carrot and wild garlic flan (milk, egg)

Dessert

  • Strawberry and vanilla mascarpone cream tart (milk, egg, gluten) ~ £4 per person


For collection on Friday 4th (2pm-7pm) and Saturday 5th (2pm-7pm) July

Starter

  • Asparagus and basil velouté, chilli croutons (gluten, milk) ~ £5 per person

Main Courses

  • Ox Cheek casserole with button mushroom, smoked bacon, baby onion and red wine sauce (sulphites, gluten) ~ £13 per person

  • Red bream fillet with chorizo, Cider cream (sulphites fish) ~ £13 per person

  • Risotto with onion, parmesan cheese and peas (milk,) ~ £13 per person

All three main courses served with tenderstem broccoli with brown butter (milk) & a rösti (milk)

Dessert

  • Eton mess: Strawberries, lemon curd, meringue, Chantilly cream (milk, egg) ~ £4 per person
